What are Marketplace Buyer Meetings?
Federal, state, and local governmental entities as well as large corporations use small businesses to supply goods and services they need. Marketplace Buyer meetings bring together representatives from these buying organizations to meet in-person with you to hear how your company could become their supplier. These meetings are an opportunity to increase your sales.
Meeting times and check-in
Buyer meetings are on December 7th from 9:15 AM – 11:45 AM and 1:45 PM – 4:30 PM.
To participate in buyer meetings, you will need to check in at the buyer and supplier check-in table. Click here to view its location in the exhibit hall. Once checked-in, you will receive a badge. The badge must be worn at all times while in the buyer meeting space.
Meetings process
Marketplace buyer meetings are not pre-scheduled. WPI staff will be onsite to assist you identify opportunities and accompany you to the buyer table if desired. Meetings last no longer 10 minutes. This is a strict deadline out of respect for you and other businesses looking to meet with buyers.
