MARKETPLACE’s exhibit hall offers a tradeshow-style opportunity to find new customers for your products and services, and create new or deepen relationships with hundreds of diverse business leaders.

Exhibitor Move-In:
Dec. 6, between 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

There is a networking reception in the exhibit hall on December 6 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend and staff their booths.

Exhibitors should unload through the front doors. Please bring your own carts/dollies for unloading exhibit materials. The Baird Center does not have a shipping and receiving department, so shipping your exhibiting materials ahead of time is not an option.

Exhibitor Move-Out:
Dec. 7, 4:30 p.m. Exhibitors must be moved out not later than 6 p.m.

Exhibitor Check-In and Registration:
Exhibitors will check in at the main registration area to receive a name badge. Inside the exhibit hall doors, there will be a dedicated information table for questions.

Exhibiting Hours:
December 6th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
December 7th from 9:15 – 11:45 a.m. and again from 1:45 – 4:30 p.m.

Booth Information:
The booth size is 8×8. Tables are 2’d x 6′ w x 30″ h with a skirt. Two chairs will be provided at each booth. A sign identifying the name of your company as provided in registration will be hung on the back partition of your booth.

$250 for MBE/WBE/VBE/LGBTQ businesses
$250 State Agency and Nonprofit
$500 for Non-Diverse Owned Business/Organization or Federal Agency
