MARKETPLACE’s exhibit hall offers a tradeshow-style opportunity to find new customers for your products and services, and create new or deepen relationships with hundreds of diverse business leaders.
Exhibitor Move-In: Dec. 5, Time TBA
Dec. 6, 6 to 7 a.m. Exhibitors should unload through the front doors. Please bring your own carts/dollies for unloading exhibit materials. The Wisconsin Center does not have a shipping and receiving department, so shipping your exhibiting materials ahead of time is not an option
Exhibitor Move-Out: Dec. 6, 4:30 p.m. Exhibitors must be moved out not later than 6 p.m.
Exhibitor Check-In and Registration: Exhibitors will check in at the main registration area to receive a name badge. Inside the exhibit hall doors, there will be a dedicated information table for questions.
Exhibiting Hours: Dec. 6, 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Booth Information: The booth size is 8’ x 8’ and includes a skirted table (2’x6’x30”), two chairs and a sign pre-printed with the name of your company as provided upon registration. The exhibit hall is carpeted. If you need to order electrical service to your booth, please indicate this during your registration.
Pricing: $250 for MBE/WBE/VBE/LGBTQ businesses, nonprofits, state agencies
$500 for Federal agencies, corporations
