Dec. 9-10 – IN-PERSON: Join us at the Baird Center in Milwaukee
• The conference will be on the first floor of the Baird Center.
MARKETPLACE is for established businesses interested in entering, growing, or developing sales opportunities with local, state, or federal government entities or corporations. MARKETPLACE also provides the opportunity to network, develop new business connections, and reconnect with Wisconsin’s small and diverse business community and resources. Businesses looking to grow are welcome to attend educational sessions, networking receptions, and connect with resource partners.
Yes! Single-day registration options are available for those who are unable to attend the full conference.
Day 1 Pass – Dec. 9 from 1 to 7:30 p.m. | $50
Includes access to the opening plenary session, breakout sessions, and the networking reception
Day 2 Pass – Dec.10 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. | $75
Includes access to the breakfast session, breakout sessions, lunch, and expo hall
Limited Access Pass – Dec. 10 | $30
This pass includes access to breakout sessions and the expo hall. No meals are included.
Full Conference Pass – Dec. 9–10 | $99 until Nov. 9, $124 regular rate
If you’re looking for admission to the main hall, breakout session programming, and meals, then the Full Conference Pass is for you! This pass includes the multi-day registration pass for Dec. 9-10, which includes admittance to the full event: main hall and breakout session programming, meals, expo hall, and buyer meetings.

We anticipate having a maximum of 500 attendees.
The dress code is business casual for all participants. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we recommend dressing in layers for your comfort.
If you have special needs and/or dietary restrictions, please indicate that in the notes field when registering.
The Hilton Milwaukee City Center has a large, covered parking ramp. Guests staying overnight will receive a discounted parking rate of $20 per vehicle per day. Parking is also available at the Hilton for those attending the event only for the day at a discounted rate of $10 per vehicle per day. Pick up your reduced parking ticket at the registration area, then use it when exiting the parking structure.
Yes. You can learn more about how to reserve a room on the conference website (link to website page). Because we reserve rooms in bulk, room rates are typically lower than any other hotels in the area.

Attendees can register here . Buyers register separately and will be directed to WPI’s registration site. MARKETPLACE accepts all major credit cards.

With your Full Conference Pass, you will receive a name badge and an agenda when you arrive on site. With your name badge, you will have access to attend all sessions, including the networking reception, the general breakfast session, educational sessions, the luncheon, and can enter the expo hall. MARKETPLACE will provide a continental breakfast and a plated lunch. The networking reception includes light appetizers and a cash bar.
With this pass, you will receive a name badge and an agenda when you arrive on site. With your name badge, you only have access to the expo hall and breakout sessions. This pass does not include meals.
With your Day 1 Pass, you will receive a name badge and an agenda when you arrive on site. With your name badge, you will have access to the opening plenary, breakout sessions, and networking reception on Dec. 9 from 1 to 7:30 p.m. This pass does not include access to Dec. 10 programming, meals, or the expo hall.
With your Day 2 Pass, you will receive a name badge and an agenda when you arrive on site. With your name badge, you will have access to the breakfast session, breakout sessions, lunch, and expo hall on Dec. 10 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. This pass does not include access to Dec. 9 programming or the networking reception.
More information will be available on the Contracting Academy website closer to the event. Registrants will receive additional information regarding the schedule, login, etc., upon registering.
In-person attendees can—and are encouraged to—attend the sessions selected for the virtual component. Please select your preferences while registering.
Cancellations prior to 11:59 p.m. CST on Nov. 23 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
After Nov. 23, no refunds will be provided.
Registrations may be transferred. Payment must be received before any transfer may apply. Transfers may be made by emailing info@marketplacewisconsin.com by 11:59 p.m. CST on Nov. 23.
No in-person, on-site registrations will be allowed. All registrations must be completed online prior to Dec. 7.
All attendees registered for the Full Conference Pass or Day 1 Pass can attend the networking reception. Attendance is included in your registration.
