Exhibitor Details
Exhibitor Move-In:
Dec. 10, between 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
There is a reception and networking event with refreshments and drinks in the exhibit hall on the 1st floor from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend and staff their booths to engage and network with conference attendees.
For moving in your exhibit materials, please use the main entrance.
Please note that the Baird Center does not have a shipping and receiving department, so shipping your exhibiting materials ahead of time is not an option.
The Exhibit Hall will be locked the evening of Dec. 10 to ensure the security of exhibitors’ materials.
Exhibitor Move-Out:
Dec. 11, 4:30 p.m. Exhibitors must be moved out not later than 6 p.m.
Exhibitor Check-In and Registration:
When you arrive, please visit the registration table on the main level to receive your name-tag and other event related materials.
After registering, please proceed to the exhibitor check-in table, which is just inside the exhibit hall. You will be shown where your booth is located. You do not need to re-visit the registration table or check-in table on Dec. 11.
Exhibiting Hours:
Dec. 10 from 5 – 7 p.m.
Dec. 11 from 9:15 – 11:45 a.m. and again from 1:45 – 4:30 p.m.
Booth Information:
The booth size is 8×8. Tables are 2’d x 6′ w x 30″ h with a skirt. Two chairs will be provided at each booth. A sign identifying the name of your company as provided in registration will be hung on the back partition of your booth. The exhibit floor is carpeted.
You are welcome to bring floor and table banners to display in your booth. Please ensure that your banners stay within the footprint of your booth and do not extend into the exhibit hall walkways.
If you will need electrical or Wi-Fi, you will be able to purchase this directly from the Baird Center. Please note that the prices increase if you sign-up closer to event day.
