All exhibitors must download the Baird Welcome Letter and Exhibitor Kit.

Exhibitor Move-In:
Dec. 10, between 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
There is a reception and networking event with refreshments and drinks in the exhibit hall on the 1st floor from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend and staff their booths to engage and network with conference attendees.
Please enter through the “Mall Slider” doors (large sliding glass doors) at the Baird Center, located on Wells Street, to move in your materials. This will provide you with the most direct route into the exhibitor hall (Grand Ballroom CD).
Please note that the Baird Center cannot receive advance shipments.
The Exhibit Hall will be locked the evening of Dec. 10 to ensure the security of exhibitors’ materials.
Exhibitor Move-Out:
Exhibitors can move out on Dec. 11, between 4 – 6 p.m.
Exhibitor Check-In and Registration:
Upon arrival, visit the general attendee registration table to pick up your nametag and materials. Then proceed to the exhibitor check-in table inside the exhibit hall.
Exhibiting Hours:
Dec. 10 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Dec. 11 from 9:15 – 11:45 a.m. and again from 1:30 – 4 p.m.
Booth Information:
The booth size is 8×8. Tables are 2’d x 6′ w x 30″ h with a skirt. Two chairs will be provided at each booth. A sign identifying the name of your company as provided in registration will be hung on the back partition of your booth.
You are welcome to bring floor and table banners to display in your booth. Please ensure that your banners stay within the footprint of your booth and do not extend into the exhibit hall walkways.
Should you need to rent any additional booth equipment from Wisconsin Expo that is not included above, you can reach out to Michelle at Wisconsin Expo directly by calling (262) 670-1300 extension 206. Please note that the expo hall this year is carpeted so renting flooring is not necessary.
If you will need electrical or Wi-Fi, you will be able to purchase this directly from the Baird Center . Prices increase after November 25.
